Rest Home Tovačov
Rest home Tovačov is situated in Tovačov town in fertile middle Moravian Haná plain not far from confluence two rivers Morava and Bečva, approximately 12 km from district town Přerov.
It is placed not far from chateaux Tovačov that is dominating feature of the town and also known as cultural and historical sights.
Territory of the rest home Tovaãov forms complex of one or two-stores building with garrets, build into the shape of the letter E. Territory is composed by court with park arrangement that serves to untroubled rest of clients.
Reconstruction of building parts and additional enlargement was effected during the years 1996-1998 which lead to increasing accommodation capacity. There is no barrier entrance for handicapped people into all of the building parts.
Our rest home is allowance organization with regional activity, established by Olomouc region. It offers perennial stay and complex care for old and handicapped people.
Our rest home can give to you also temporary accommodation in the case of urgency. Accommodation is provided in single or double bedrooms, equipped by restrooms.
Alimentation is extended by our own kitchen. All-day diets, including dietary meal, are available in dinning rooms. For the immobile people is used modern tablet system serving meals.
Laundry and bedclothes is provided complexly in the basement of the building.
Health care is ensuring, except general practitioner, regularly incoming dermatologist and rehabilitative doctor, dentist, gynaecologist and psychiatrist.
In our rest home the gymnasium is also available as well as the extensive rehabilitative workplace with watercure and electrotherapy, hairdressing, pedicure, senior tearoom and canteen.
In our rest home is also available a chapel and fully equipped cultural rooms with library placed on single department. We can offer you also free access to computers with printer, sartorial work-room and room of visual arts. You have also the possibility to use the television, radio and fridge in your own room.
The capacity of our rest home is for 150 people. 89 of our workers are taking care about these seniors and the biggest part of these workers are medical personnel - 53, social worker and activity worker - 6, services department - 30.
Rest home is divided into two departments and both of them are specially for nursing immobile and diseased clients.
The aim of all of us is the effort to provide to all of our clients to spend the rest of their lives in the best way and in corresponding standard of living to their satisfaction.
